Yinbiao He is a Deputy Chief Engineer of the Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute (SNERDI). He has been involved in many aspects of mechanics in Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) for more than 30 years, especially professional experiences in design by analysis, structural integrity assessment, fatigue monitoring and lifetime prediction, sealing behavior analysis, aging management and seismic analysis for key components of NPPs. He also works on Chinese Standards Development of Mechanical Components of NPPs. He has served as the secretary of China International Working Group (ASME BPV-III CIWG) since 2011 and a member of WG Environmental Fatigue Evaluation Methods (EFEM) of ASME Committee. He served as a track chair of 25th international Conference on Nuclear Engineering (ICONE-25) and a track co-chair of ICONE-24. He serves as member of council of Nuclear Engineering Mechanics of Chinese Nuclear Society, a member of council of Chinese Pressure Vessel Institution and a member of National Nuclear Power Standardization Technical committee.
